The process to withdraw shares from your tZERO Securities account:

1. Contact the tZERO support team

2. You will receive paperwork to transfer your shares

3. Once the paperwork is completed, it is submitted for processing

This process can take up to 7 business days to complete. Please note that once you withdraw your shares, you lose the ability to trade them and will have to complete additional paperwork in order to return the shares to your tZERO Securities account.

Please refer to Exhibit C for fees associated with withdrawing your securities.

Please note that any funds used to purchase securities that are being withdrawn must be on deposit for 15 business days before a withdrawal request can be processed
