Welcome to tZERO’s hAIckathon

tZERO’s hAIckathon is a two-day, hands-on innovation sprint focused on building real AI products for real market infrastructure.

The hAIckathon will take place March 26–27, with submissions due by March 20, 2026.

Selected teams will develop working prototypes across a selection of core challenge areas spanning tokenization, compliance, onboarding, and investor workflows – tackling some of the most persistent operational bottlenecks in private and digital markets. From AI-generated smart contracts to perpetual KYC, automated suitability, and intelligent data rooms, participants will design tools that bring speed, clarity, and automation to highly regulated financial environments.

Teams will be asked to define a concrete problem, propose a practical solution, and build it – leveraging modern LLMs, frameworks, and blockchain infrastructure to deliver production-ready concepts in just two days.

We’ll select the top five teams to participate, each submitting a concise proposal outlining their problem statement, technical approach, and big idea. Projects must be original work created during the hAIckathon period. The winning team will receive a cash prize of $5,000, with the potential opportunity for ongoing collaboration with tZERO.
